This kimono fabric bolt was made between the Taisho period (1912–1926) and the early Showa period (1926–early 1930s). Such pieces are very rare to find.
It features rinzu silk with an elegant woven pattern, decorated with hand-dyed motifs of mist (kasumi), plum blossoms, camellias, and other flowers. There is some dullness and slight yellowing, but the overall condition is very good.
